Posted by: @2FLTCAnd here I was going up with my Ural up, but with the BS on here I'm not going to ride up there to listen to more BS. So, I can forget about this rally. If I want to listen to BS all I have to go to the local bar.
Friday Morning funnies! 🤣 Good one! 👍

Posted by: @donbmwOn the Soviet Steeds forum it is being posted since yesterday that the Rally is going to be in Topsham Maine. If it is why is it be posted there first.
The reason I posted this was shouldn’t the location off our National Rally be post on our sit first. No one has confirmed this yet. Wasn’t mint to bike bashing.
I posted the location of the Rally on Soviet Steeds. I did that because I did not have access to this forum. Since I knew the location of the rally and would like to encourage attendance to the rally, and Maine has a fairly large Ural community, I reached out to them.

Was a welcome post, and as a previous proud owner of an '06 Ural Gear Up, I certainly did not read any "bike bashing" or "forum bashing" intent. 👍
If people have that thin of skin they should try moisturizer, and enjoy a cold bud lite at their favorite bar.
As a current BMW rider it has allowed me to start looking for every Starbucks along the way between Utah and Maine. Think I may have to take a second mortgage on the house. 😉

well now that we have confirmed the town, how about a few more details. is the venue ready to share so we can be looking into lodging options
Posted by: @michael-lydonI know that all of the paperwork required to secure the venue has been taken care of. I don't know anything about the promotion of the Rally. I know that tent camping will be free to those registered for the Rally, and that there are limited RV sites available. I suspect that if you are looking for lodging not on the Rally grounds, now would be a good time to get something booked.
Thanks for sharing the info so far. I know there is a lot involved and can take a while to finalize everything.
Frankly, My Dear, I would like to see an OFFICIAL notification from whomever is in charge of the 2025 USCA National Sidecar Rally as to exactly where the rally is being held....an exact location....and I believe, but would like official confirmation, that the dates for the rally will be June 6th - 8th.....OR.....is it June 12th - 15th ??????
Thus far, there has been a plethora of speculation as to location, and little confirmation as to the exact dates.
I would love to hear from the volunteer Rallymaster for next years' National Sidecar Rally, so we know the facts, rather than speculation.
Once OFFICIAL notification has been posted here, by a person in charge, then I can make reservations at a hotel in the area.

Hear, Hear.
@miles-ladue Hi folks. Located in Missouri so half the distance the western folks have to trailer. I just purchased the Bear Track 76"x 12' Bear Track trailer here last week for my some to be finished Triumph/Watsonian rig so it looks like I'll have to ponder riding vs. Trailering myself. Certainly hope to make the rally as it's an opportunity of a lifetime to have a reason to come back to Maine one again. Nice to see the recommendations on my trailer choice.
AceinSav, If you revisit S.S. the venue is revealed. The information I have revealed comes from certain sidecar folks who should remain anonymous. I have no desire to steal USCA's thunder by revealing everything about the rally. I am just trying to generate interest in the rally. It looks like I may have accomplished some of that, based on the chatter here.

I have to ask, with a very serious question....why has more info about the 2025 USCA National Sidecar Rally been posted over on Soviet Steeds, than has been posted here ?????

I am not a member of SS nor do I have a reason to visit the site personally. Nothing against said site I just don't follow it nor have I ever been on it.
I still thank you for sharing what you have read or heard to generate as much interest as possible.
Posting on both sites is a great idea. There are a lot of followers for both. The ADV sidecar subforum also gets quite a few motorcycle riders who peruse the sidecar section. Morbid curiosity I guess. 😉
So there is potential to increase attendance by both sidecarists, and those crazy folks who haven't recognized the importance of the third wheel.
Looking forward to the information being verified, certified, and stampified. The 2024 event was epic. Definitely looking forward to see what the Northeast has to offer. 😎
