The bike features a high-performance reusable race oil filter with magnet filtration and a heat sink system for optimal engine health.

Upgraded Oil Cooler System: UltraCool FLH dual-fan-assisted oil cooler (2009-2016) enhances cooling efficiency for extended rides.
Cycle Electric CE-94T-12 Kit: Replaces the notoriously unreliable stock regulator with a USA-made, three-stage charging system (CE-608 regulator and CE-8012 stator), relocated away from the oil cooler’s heat for durability. Installed pre-recall for reliability.
J&M Audio ROKKER Kit: 200W RMS amp with 6.58-inch fairing speakers, a 10x upgrade over stock, tuned to the OEM head unit for crystal-clear audio at highway speeds.
Rinehart Racing True Dual Exhaust: 4-inch system (similar to current models) for enhanced sound and performance.
Custom Mustang Saddle: Matches OEM CVO styling with custom stitching, offering superior comfort. Includes an unused matching pillion with OEM quick-mount backrest.
Madstad Windshield: Smoke and (also have the clear MadStad windshield) adjustable shield with OEM windshield included, paired with an under-fairing and Turn Signal Lexan wind deflectors to minimize buffeting.
TerryCable Rear Shocks: Custom-tuned by the owner himself at Sturgis for optimal load and sidecar performance, with stock shocks included.
Custom Dynamics Lighting: ProBEAM LED turn signals/running lights, radius LED license plate frame with red run/brake/turn signals, HD Daymaker LED headlight, and a brake flasher for enhanced visibility and safety.
Additional Upgrades: 12-inch chrome mini-ape handlebars with heated grips, stainless cables, highway pegs, security mounts for saddlebags with custom latches, and a hardwired Garmin HD GPS with lifetime updates (transferability TBD). Standard Battery Tender and Gerbing power supply plugs included. SuperChip Tuner with OEM Tune in Memory. ROADLOK Disc Lock security pin system.
Hannigan SP2 Sidecar:
Custom Design: Painted to match CVO graphics, featuring camber control with handlebar adjustment, a removable hard top with “Jeep-style” snap-in window, and storage pouches. Includes a custom seat with “Shotgun” embroidered on headrest, a multi-level high-performance dash fan, 12V socket, cup holder, and a 10 cu. ft. trunk with a 1.5-gallon aluminum gas cylinder.
Ease of Use: Quick-connect brake fittings and a few bolts allow the sidecar to be removed or reinstalled in under 20 minutes without affecting track/alignment. Professionally installed by Dave Hannigan’s team at the Hannigan facility.
Wheel & Tire: Custom powder-coated and chrome sidecar wheel matches CVO wheels, fitted with a new tire.
Condition & Maintenance:
Recent Service: Oil and primary fluids changed, brakes flushed, sidecar spindle and pivots greased, new Harley-branded Dunlop tires (new tire also on the sidecar), and a new HD AGM battery (6/25).
Known Flaws: Partial LED failure on the right side of the tank dash, and the oil pressure gauge LED bulb is out. Minor rock chips and scrapes on the sidecar’s front fascia and lower valance, and Trunk (touched up with included CVO touch-up paint). Repaired scratch on the rear left saddlebag corners, visible only upon close inspection. Ipod Mini screen is cracked.

If you have questions let me know. I have Videos on a YouTube playlist I'll try and add in if the website will let me.
EDIT and addtioinal info: The bike is in Middle TN. The current mileage is 37860 (Pic was taken 6/29 of ODO below). I bought the bike from an HD dealer in Iowa with 3750 miles and installed the sidcar almost immediatly after in spring of 2013. So the sidecar as been on for approximately 30,000 I've owned it and I'm the 2nd owner of the bike, original owner of the sidecar. I have lots of documents, spare/take off parts, etc..way more pics of about anything you want to see Just ask. .

The ODO pic is current mileage 37860 as of 7/2 (pic was taken Saturday). The sidecar was installed in 2013 at about 3,750 miles, so appoximately 30,000 on the rig, I bought the bike used. The Bike is in Middle TN. I've added a note on the listing with more specifics.
Thank for the questions.

Wow! Just, wow! That is stunning. Excellent ad, to boot.

@thane-lewis thanks for the compliment. It is a head turner and you have to plan on an extra 15 minutes per gas and meal stops to talk to people about the joys of owning a sidecar on trips. 🤣 😆 😎

Nice looking rig, the only thing concerns me is the gold in the left muffler. The bike must be running a little on the hot side for the muffler to turn colors. Looks like you have true duals on it.

The smoke details is a nice touch.

Very nice set up. I know nothing about side cars, which is why I just joined this page. I'm hoping to learn as I'm looking. Is there any special maintenance to/ for this particular side car? Alignment or suspension wise? Obviously wheel bearings... anything that's tricky for a non-mechanic? Does the side car top fit somewhere in the side car so it can be removed on the fly? (It will be mostly for traveling with my dog, occasionally for the grand kids or adult passenger. My cell if it's easier to talk. 203-515-8966 Thank you

Robert @fant, the answers you seek are here:
Basically, no special maintenance needed for the sidecar. Once it's been installed correctly, and aligned correctly, as this sidecar rig that is for sale above has been done, it's really just routine maintenance on the BIKE, keeping an eye on tire wear of all three tires.....most importantly keeping the tire pressures properly maintained on all three tires, periodically checking the brake pads on the sidecar wheel, and periodically checking the wheel bearings at the sidecar wheel.
Note that the brake pads and wheel bearings on the sidecar are a once a year check.....i.e......not really a problem on well built sidecar rigs like this.
The top of the sidecar can be stored behind the seat in the sidecar, possibly inside the nose of the sidecar, or....in a separate storage bag, and secured on the backseat of the bike.
Caution, joke ahead:
DO NOT remove the sidecar top whilst ON THE FLY. Bring the rig to a stop, then remove the top.
Oh.....WELCOME to the greatest Sidecar forums on this planet.
If you are thinking about possibly buying a Harley-Davidson sidecar rig, it would be very difficult to find one better than this. The price is correct, mileage is relatively low, and it's a well known sidecar manufacturer....Hannigan.
If the H-D part of this package is not a prerequisite for you, we know of many other sidecar rigs for sale, and can advise you accordingly.

Got it on the maintenance. I was wondering if they brakes lasted about the same on the side car as the bike.
Yes, I guess I worded my question as to receive that response! lol I'll have to fill in Josie (My Lab) to not remove during travel!
Yes on the HD. I currently ride a 2018 Road glide, and I do put some miles on it when I can. I have an '82 Shovel for my around town jaunts. 🙂
I def wasn't looking to spend that much, but the bike is beautiful and has me pondering... keep you posted. Oh, just in case, do you have the width measurement? Thank you for the response and tank you for the welcome. Seems like a good group of folks on here. I appreciate that.

Robert @fant, the brake pads on the sidecar generally last as long as the rear brake pads on the bike. The sidecar manufacturer....Hannigan.....uses Brembo brake calipers, and the pads are easy to replace.
This is not my sidecar rig that is for sale, but I will say....if you spend less, you will get less.
Many sidecar owners have a tendency to price their rigs too high, because they know what they spent to build it, but.....this H-D rig shown above is pretty realistic on the price.
I can tell you from experience, the seller probably has $ 40k + into this rig.
But, hey....talk to the seller, and see if the two of you can find an agreement on price.
BTW, my first H-D, of many, was a 1982 FLHS.
