  I am pretty sure this is one of those knock offs. Take a look and tell me what you think and what you know. It was passed to someone as settlement for some money owed. The new owner wants to mount it on a 2020 RG. I have more pictures. The accent strips on the nose are riveted on.

Not a good idea at all to mount it on a big bike..Harley?

From here it could be one of the made in India sidecars. ( Cosy, Indie, Kozi etc.

But just as likely to be a safety wholesale sidecar.

I got the same idea. Of those sidecars the universal mounts are (in)famous for to be of poor quality. If someone wants to use it, then best on a scooter or very light bike up to perhaps 500ccm and applying well made hardware for the mounts.

@smitty901, I must agree with the comments from @brstr and @peter-pan, that is in fact one of the knock-offs, worth maybe $ 1,000.00, and should only be mounted to a smaller scooter, maybe 350cc and less.

As @brstr suggested, "run away quickly". If your friend isn't able to run, I will offer a can of RedBull, as...it gives them Wings, so they can fly away.

This is what I was thinking. I was surprised the sidecar is a bit over 300 lbs.  But axle seems small and it just does not add up to a anything other than a knock off.

This photo of the step plate --->

That's not the typical step plate you see on the Rocketeer nor on the Cozy.

But it does look pretty much identical to this kit available on eBay --> https://www.ebay.com/itm/403947111049

This is a Inder Sidecar. The importer is in Texas. You can tell by the swingarm, step and mounts on the frame.

@sidehack05

  Once again Thank you. And the other members that posted. The person I was helping find answers will be joining here.

Referred him to TSC for better mounts and they sent him what was needed. Few minor issues but we work out the  biggest one over the phone.

He will have it mounted by time the weather clears up.

Pictures will follow soon.
