Here is what I have found out: About a mile from Little Farm is Route 56 Sunset Inn, 812-907-0288 this is a small house that has been turned into accommodations, 2 bedroom, sleeps 6, will accept pets.

Little Farm 812-438-4500 sites available
Rising Star Casino 812-438-1234 have rooms available, no pets
From Little Farm: 2 miles Anderson's Riviera Inn 812-438-2121 only have rooms available for Thursday, June 14, no pets
2.2 miles Courtyard Suites, 812-438-4035 Rooms available, iffy on pets
2.4 miles Empire House 812-438-4064 waiting list
13 miles Quality Inn & Suites, 812-537-2552, rooms available, pets allowed with additional fee
14 miles Comfort Inn, 812-539-3600, rooms available, pets allowed with additional fee

I am sending out a request for volunteers. Here is what I am looking for at the moment:

Someone who is super excited about organizing and running the Sidecar games. I will take care of supplying the awards.

I need a coffee-water-snack over-see-er. I will supply all items, I just need someone to oversee things are always available. Maybe someone staying at the campground.

Anyone interested in acting as judges for the Show-n-shine. Again I will take care of supplying the awards and I am doing a "Peoples Choice Award", that's pretty easy, just count the votes, but I feel we need judges for the other categories.

Anyone willing to help out with things I haven't thought of yet.

Don't be shy.

I can be reached through this site somehow or at bdstaxsvc@embarqmail.com

Thanks in advance

Update on lodging...The block of rooms we have reserved with our discount still has some availability, but what is not reserved by June 1 will be released for public use. The Little Farm is filling our block of campsites and they also have a few openings left, those will be released June 7 for public use. That being said, if your are thinking about joining us at the Rally you may want to go ahead and get your lodging reservation before those times. It also appears, some have lodging reservations, either at the Rising Star or Little Farm, that have not actually registered for the Rally. There are benefits to registering for the Rally in advance of getting here. Those registered in advance are getting goodie bags that contain free stuff, $5 off meal coupons at local restaurants, and will be guaranteed a t-shirt if they order one. Registration on site will still include those things only as supply lasts and all registrations will include catered breakfast, dinner, awards and entertainment on Saturday, the free guided tour/hayrides, tech talks, beverages, snacks and more. So make sure you get registered for the Rally it's self.

Mike and I are so excited to be hosting this year's rally. We look forward to seeing everyone in 3 weeks here in Rising Sun!

I'll be in Thursdays staying in 93 the big cabin. Check-in is 3pm. They say if cabin is clean I can move in sooner. I have stayed there before and grandkids will be in the pool. I will help set-up. I'm bringing 2 of everything from the USCA STORE.
