Yes, the 205/55-16 will fit on the rear wheel, and inside the rear wheelwell, of a 2018 Goldwing Tour.
I have that same size on my 2019 Goldwing, in a Bridgestone Driveguard +, which is a Run Flat car tire.
On the 155/80R-12, there are 16 different brands and models of that tire available...online...or go to any Walmart and look in their automotive section for TRAILER tires.
My wife's Hannigan Classic sidecar uses that same tire, so I know they are available.
You could call Hannigan sidecar, and asl Stephanie where they get their tires from.
