I've got it on the calendar and am hoping to attend at least one day.

I attended this very good gathering of sidecars in 2022, and can highly recommend it, as it is a quaint, and comfortable rally for sidecars. Well organized, great attitudes, every member of the USCA should be required to attend this event, at least once in their lifetime.

I am still planning on attending. I know of three others from this neck of the woods that are also planning to come but that is up to them to confirm. I may, or may not prepay, due to my chronic procrastination, but I would vote for meatloaf for dinner if I did.
I'm planning on going back this year, I'm one of Dana's 3

Ill be sending a check today. Julie and I are both looking forward to it.

Posted by: @miles-ladueBTW, because I know that no one else on planet earth has come up with this idea yet....if a hackster was true to form, they could make a really nice trip/excursion/vacation/holiday out of attending both....the Joyce Canfield's Sidecars in the Flint Hills, in Kansas, and then attend the PenNY Hackers Campout in Clarington, Pennsylvania.
The distance between the two events is roughly 1,100 miles. I say...roughly...only if you are on a Ural or BMW powered rig. But if you are on a Yamaha, or Honda, or Suzuki...or even a H-D powered rig, then it wouldn't be "roughly"...would it ? It would be smoothly.
sometimes I qwack myself up
The Joyce Canfield's Sidecars in the Flint Hills, in Kansas is listed above, and the PenNY Hackers Campout in Clarington, PA is listed as:
PenNy Hackers Campout, In the heart of Cook Forest, northwestern PA, September 19-22, 2024
Therefore, attend the Joyce Canfield's Sidecars in the Flint Hills, in Kansas on September 5 - 8...then scoot your sidecar rig up to the PenNY Hackers Campout in Clarington, PA on September 19 - 22.
That gives even the slowest sidecar pilot 11 days to go 1,100 miles. Think of it...even all the Ural sidecars in the World could make that 1,100 miles in 11 days.
That's all I have to say on that

We will still expect respectable behavior. 😉
🤣
Hold my keyboard and watch this! 🙃

Define "respectable".

Respectable means not getting drunk on whiskey. Getting drunk on beer or wine is what respectable folks do.

I'm going to try and make it if I get my rig put back together in time.
Is anyone going to be going close to the St. Louis area? Maybe ride in together?

Posted by: @calvin-watsonI'm going to try and make it
Calvin, there is no try.....there is only do
I am coming from the opposite direction.....1,900 miles from my house to the Flint Hills Sidecar Rally.
