You are welcome to borrow my trailer & ramps if it makes life easier.  at 7'x10' you can just ride the mighty 990 Adventure Rig in, strap it down and hit the road.

-- attachment is not available --

I was talking to a friend the other day and he said he has a place for me to store a trailer for as long as I need. So I’m going to drive the Audi out to California to visit my mom and then up to Chuck’s to pick it up. And stopping by a tractor supply trailer on the way. They make a couple of different ones that will fit just have to wire in the taillight wiring in the Audi

Right On!  Having a trailer is so darned handy.  😎

If things change, the offer is still open. 🍻

I’ve been a bit slow on the updates. Did a road trip out to California. Visit my mom for a bit. And then up to Chuck’s house. He was in the Philippines. But gave me the OK to spend the time to build my trailer that was transported out there in kit form in the back of an Audi Q7. Got everything put together. Lots of fun lol not. Got the bike loaded and headed home. Lots and lots of things left to do on it. But now that it’s home I can work on it every day after work(Im a chief engineer for a large hotel). And on Saturdays and Sundays if I’m not Doing one of my part-time jobs (I bartend and I’m a firearms instructor) Just finished doing the new graphics. Pretty happy with those to be honest. Starting to figure out the wiring nightmare. Lots of things have to be changed and updated and modified. But such is the way. This thing will have plenty of lighting. As well as extra cooling. Not to mention lots of storage capability.

I like the new graphics  a little more subtle than the giant rottweiler logo that was on the machine previously.

I will post some shots once I have them back on the machine

Thanks Ben. At this point, I think I’m about a month out from getting it completely ready. Just due to the fact that I don’t have a lot of free time right now. But I’m super excited about this thing. It’s gonna be a fun ride. Going to be taking it to the Mountain West Overland Expo. Slowly making headway to get it ready for that. Got all the graphics done tonight which makes me happy. unfortunately, the bodywork underneath the old graphics was in rougher shape than I thought but it’ll work for now. I’m going to buy a second set of graphics of the same thing and find some new body panels to put it on. But overall. I am just extremely excited.

This is going to be a pretty awesome rig.

New graphics look great.  Ditto what Dane wrote on the ride review. 😎

Side panels with the new graphics are on.  Chassis has been sanded and painted. Sidecar primary lights are mounted, so is the radiator and battery box (using a Noco Lithium Ion battery that weighs about a pound). Fender has been remounted so it sits level and covers the majority of the tire. Working on wiring now. And the I will get the rest of the bodywork back on.
