Hi, thank you for your return; yes, the damper may have an issue, wobble would be normal in fact if you hadn't at the speed you mention.
Just one comment: 3 mm toe in, will make the setup very responsive, nervous, not a bad thing but will require all your attention.
PS: the damper should not be centered, must be engaged in the strait steering position, otherwise it will oscillate from on side to the other if at zero.
@wahlbornwi-rr-com , well as Arno mentions, that is not very much tow in, especially for a rig with a relatively wide track.
I would have expected about 5/8", but maybe if it did not pull to the right with 1/8" I would have left it there.
Depending how adventurous you are in toe-in adjustment, you might try increasing to maybe 1/2" and see how that goes. I would expect some goofy handling with 1/8".

On an otherwise good handling rig, I developed a front-end wobble at lower speeds that my steering damper couldn't damp. Turned out my front tire had worn unevenly to one side, after several thousand miles. New tire, wobble gone. Probably not your issue since the sidehack is new to the bike, but worth understanding the possibilities.

I would change many of those settings but hey if you like it then leave it.
The chassis is a dmc cx frame design from washington boss and clamp version. Relatively easy to adjust if you want more toe in adjust the rear heim joint out a few turns and see what that does for you.
Also from what I have heard tsc is no longer authorized to be building those sidecars so yours was probably the last one made in the states. Watsonian squire usa will continue to sell the British made sidecars in the us with the original frame they were built on

Its the dmc cx street frame you can tell by the rocker arm assembly and swingarm set up. Also its boss and clamp the watsonian frames are not and on the ones from watsonian in Britain the bumpers are part of the frame not bolted to the body So its somewhat of a hybrid car. Not talking trash but thats what you have

@wahlbornwi-rr-com Well, mine was built along side yours, at the time... DMC had a few issues towards the end of their run. This thread captures my journey with them, at the time. Jonny tried hard to fix the owner's bad decisions, but ultimately had to live with him until the end: It got kind of ugly.
