I have been looking for a schedule of events or list of activities to get a better sense of the rally?

Sense...at a Sidecar Rally....have you been eating too many donuts ?
Scheduled of events is...Thursday morning eat Donuts
Thursday afternoon eat any left over donut HOLES
Friday morning eat fresh donuts
Friday afternoon beg fellow sidecarists for any donut Holes they may have taken, and not eaten yet
Saturday, eat newly supplied donuts, followed by an Ice Cream ride, followed by a Lobstah roll
Well, you get the "sense" of how this goes.

@2FLTC checked with Harley dealer, oil cooler no longer available for softail, only touring. Thoughts on other brands or should I keep looking for old stock that hasn’t sold?
Ok. Here's how I do it I get the oil cooler adapter and hardware form Harley and the cooler I use is Jegg oil cooler. Now for the best part I just check the price on the adapter, and I got a surprise they use to be just over $100 now it lists for $382.95. It shows it still available but no guarantee. If you need the numbers let me know.
OUCH, do they use the same housing for both softail and touring kit? If not, I would need the softail number.
I did find the entire set up on FB Marketplace but the sale is pending, likely gone.
Touring is different. The adapter you need is 26139-05A and fitting 26041-05A. The one thing about a use one is has being contaminated if it was on a bike that had problems or has built up sludge in it.
@2FLTC the one on marketplace is new in box, never installed. $250 for complete kit
thank you for the heads up on sludge
Work on the rig slowed down as expected but did not stop.
Oil cooler will be mounted tomorrow and the wiring should be complete by the end of the weekend.
Steering damper is due Monday and then on to set up measurements (angle level and toe). Then I’ll double check every nut and bolt I touched on the bike and sidecar.
Weather permitting I should begin testing riding the rig next week in preparation for Maine.

Looking good Dave! Nice attention to detail. 👍
Has to feel good to see it coming together so well.

The attention to detail on the wiring is all due to a college student home for the summer who somewhere along the line picked up some really good wiring skills.

Dave, the attention to detail is...Dielectric Grease.
Just like the commercial for Frank's Red Hot Sauce....I use that sh*t on everything, or in this case, on every electrical connection.

Hope you treated said college student to a big bowl of ice cream in celebration of a job well done. 😎

Dielectric grease and ice cream, got it! Mikes finishing up today and will have ice cream and anything else he wants. He’s in an electrical engineering program, this was as boring as it gets for him.
Had the rig out yesterday for a first short shake down ride. Everything worked as it should up to 45mph. When I came home I was smiling ear to ear, and my wife was shaking her head and told a friend that I had sidecaritis. As nearest as I can tell there are two telltale signs of sidecaritis, permanent grin plastered on your face and honey do list gets much longer.
i rechecked all the angles and measurements again, had too much toe-in. Made all the adjustments and went out for another ride. Went through several corners and on one straight stretch got up to 55 without any issues.
The punch list is getting shorter and by the end of this week it should be down to the finish body work and paint.

Right On! Looks great with the tub mounted up. I like how level it sits. Nice fit-up. 😎
