OH!!! YES YOU CAN RIDE THE RIG BACK TO FLORIDA T'WOULD BE A GREAT TRAINING PERIOD FOR FUTURE RIDES AND THE TIME SPENT WAITING FOR YOUR RIG TO BE MOUNTED COULD ALSO BE A TRAINING PERIOD,THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE AREA THAT WOULD HELP YOU OUT

Do you really think that's a good idea? I will have had a few rides in the parking lot at Hannigan and a brief acquaintance with a Ural rig that's owned by a friend of mine. Not only would I have to contend with winter weather that I am not used to, but the very different handling of the bike/sidecar outfit. It seems to me that I might be taking on more than I should by trying to ride it back on an 850 mile trip.

It would definitely be a learning experience. Personally, I think you should get your first road experiences in your own neighborhood. February in Kentucky is usually pretty much Springtime, but storms and icy spots can happen. Be safe, Trailer it home.

Hall, No don't ride it yourself. If you can't find a trailer I have a friend in Zepherhills, near Tampa, who may let you rent his but he would need some kind of secrity in case it got wrecked or something. His trailer is identical to the picture Mike posted. Or for expenses I can meet you at Hannigns ride it back for you and maybe go fishing at Lake KissimmIe for a day or two.Are the Specks (Crappies)hitting in Februrary? Email me if you wish at cstanley@sunlink.net about the trailer.

Claude, that's very generous of you, but I'm pretty sure I'll be able to find a trailer over here. I will definitely not try to ride it home myself.
