Sidecar windscreen chop or going to hack the hack screen

I don't know about a file.  I used an orbital sander on mine with 150 grit paper.  No gouging that way, and was able to chamfer the edges like an OEM screen.  Just be careful and not let the sander slip and hit the front or back surface of the screen (that would be true with a file too!)

I'll echo the others about those trailing corners.  Round them off.

Have owned 5 rigs but Rig #2 is my current one!

Yeah i have a small sander and decided that would be better. i blame Chemo brain =)

Steve, you are doing just fine, so no need to blame chemo brain, or anything else. The bottom line is that you are out there, working on your new-to-you sidecar rig, enjoying life with Sam THEE Dog by your side, taking your mind off the chemo stuff, so that is all you can do.

Enjoy life, and from our perspective, you are doing just that. friday
