2024 Ark-La-Okie-Tex Sidecar Muster October 11-13

Sounds pretty epic to me!  

Add a fried egg, and it's the ultimate breakfast.  

Forecast remains favorable with mostly sunny skies with temps 60°F to 87°F.  We are anticipating ±3 dozen sidecar enthusiasts & friends.

Sorry for any confusion above re: Friday lunch -- Jena & I do plan to meet up at Kitt's Kornbread Kitchen.

Saturday breakfast is on your own, as the only cafe' near camp closed a couple weeks ago.

Admission the the NE Texas...Heritage Museum is $10 /$9 senior.

Remember to bring cash or check for the MIMS VFD for our Saturday evening meal.  

Off rally subject, in Iuka, MS, I was referred to a lady's food truck that offered a fried baloney sammish with the best homemade relish sauce ever.  Convinced her to fill me a jar of that special sauce. Once home, my SO didn't care for baloney,  so I enjoyed that secret sauce on many different sammishes for a month.

What the sauce on the cornbread sammish above?

Anybody have photos from this rally?...

Best count we had was 16 rigs and 25 sidecar enthusiasts at the Fall Muster.  A good time was had by all, no injuries were reported, and only one mechanical electrical problem was encountered, unless you count the intake leak on the 883R Sportster that kept it grounded at home while I defaulted to the Vespa scooter to lead the ride.
