I did a thing

I off been off line for a while. Sylvia (MNM Monkey no More) and I took a ride to Palouse Falls in Washington on 6/29 were I surprised her with a Proposal, Yes she said yes. We had a short engagement and were married on 9/8/24.

Dennis, all this time I thought you two were already married....to each other
I have to ask....was it her phenomenal Sourdough bread that finally caused you to make her an honest woman ?
Oh....CONGRATULATIONS
And.....in the photo it looks like both mufflers are plugged up with something.

@miles-ladue Not just the sour dough bread but the whole package. I would have been a fool not to have proposed.

So cool!
Congratulations! That is a big "thing"! 🥂
Hold my keyboard and watch this! 🙃

Emailed you. Don't want to take the focus away from Dennis' amazing announcement.

Congratulations. We got married in September as well............. eerr not this year.

Some 35 years ago a Swiss couple used to tell us: "To marry is the desperate attempt to solve problems, that wouldn't exist without marriage!"
We didn't listen * and now 34 1/2 years lasted without model change (how some politicians seem to do frequently). The Swiss couple lasted 47 years together without that paper in hand, until Herbert passed bye... "Just a few days of a very adventurous partnership."
Life is much more interesting then any TV. So continue to travel and enjoy every single day.
Its a present!
God bless you.
Sven
* I proposed after 8 days back in 88 without even knowing the language enough...and to my surprise, she answered instantly "Yes."...no way to retract your word.
