Not yet, Jon, but I will give them some time, as they may not be monitoring their emails on the weekends.
If after 5 business days they haven't answered my email, I will then call them.
I am hesitant to call anyone a fraud until I have exercised all contact options.

Jon @sidecarusa, I tried again this morning, and now I give up.
Their website shows NO phone number, and I did see that one of their several e-mail addresses on the website is for Motorvation sidecars.
If they are a real business, they make it very, very difficult to make contact.
Personally, I won't do business with a company that makes it so hard to contact them, and if I cannot speak to someone on the phone...then to heck with them.
EDIT: immediately after posting the above ^...I received this e-mail, asking me to text them, so I could identify who I am, so they know whether to contact me, or not.

Yes, my English chap, and to make matters worse....when I fully identified myself, so that he knew who it was that was contacting him, his e-mail reply to me was (and I am not kidding)..."I am a grown ass man, with a wife and three kiddos to support, and I am doing this out of love for sidecars, not really making any profit from it"
Still never identified himself, no name, etc.
I politely told him that we had concerns, because I could see pictures on his website of well known sidecar rigs, that are owned by well know sidecarists, and I had doubts that these owners had given permission to him to use the pictures of their rigs on his website.
His lame excuse was that they simply picked a bunch of sidecar pictures from Online, and used them for photos on his website, to show what they could do, or the kind of rigs they could sell.
That is when I said..."It's your business, and you can run it anyway that you want to, but...I'm Out"

I’m also in the market. I have a champion sidecar on my rig. But I want to put one on a thunderbird.
It also can go around the other way with professionals. Being through that a couple times. You just got to be on top of things.
