Wondering about an Old Sidecar
In the way of introductions; I am an old Fart Now.. been riding with a Hack for 20 Years, tho not exclusively, as I still ride solo...just No Longer Big Bikes.. SuperGlide is Big Enough for Me. Still Have an Old Dnepr MT-11 That was our First Rig. Added a Ural, then an Indian with Hannigan Hack.
There are a Couple other Rigs around here...various Size and Type.. Sportster to Wide Glide..
Now, I have an Opportunity to Get a Darn Nice..pretty much Stock (maybe) Ride by Side Car... only Down side is I gotta take a Poor Goldwing with it..
So Need some bit of expertise.. What Shock should be On an '96 Ride by Side?
and Is it simply a Flat Fender??? Like a trailer Fender??
Finally it will require a Crazy Shaped Windshield.. Has anyone heated and Bent Plexiglas???
Thanks
Here’s a link to an olde thread about Ride By Side sidecars. Beyond e, might be a good idea to contact Kent Silk @TSC since there is some mention of them being picked up by them some time ago.

Racepres@racepres, what YEAR is the "poor Goldwing" that is attached to this olde Ride by Side sidecar ?
Personally, I would avoid a Ride by Side sidecar at all costs, even if it was free.

I guess I need to get some Pictures!
I have No Clue what year the Goldwing is..Will Check..it must be fairly old as it is a 1200.
Sure is Alot of "Stuff" On it!!
@FlyingMonkeys Why Avoid a Ride by Side??? I like that it came from Michigan in 1996...and the Frame seems Stout, with the very same Suspension as the Texas Sidecar.. Probably because Texas Bought them!!
But...I also really Like the Russian Sidecars
Now, Gotta figger how to post Pictures!

@racepres I came across this on another site - classic HD car. Not sure if it’s in your flavor profile or not.
