Just joined, thanks for having me! Quick bio... 70 years young, been riding 50+ years, just got a pristine 2007 H-D Ultra factory rig, been looking for years! Still ride my two wheelers a lot but am loving the hack! gaining more experience on it each time out, slow and safe. reside in Butler, PA about 35 miles north of Pittsburgh. Looking for a 2007 HD side car manual, only thing didn't come with the rig. Name is John but Tag works too!

John    Congratulations on you new rig to you. This is not a hopping site but there is still a lot of good info. Your best bet for a manual would be Ebay but watch yourself. In the mean time I will take a like and see if I have a spare one. Which manual you looking for the owners which is the small one or the service manual the big one. If its the service manual a Harley Dealer might still be ably to get you one. In the mean time I check for the parts #'s for the manuals in the next week. Again enjoy your rig.

This is what makes the USCA such a great group, riders helping riders.  Thanks for doing that guys.

Hope to meet you in Mena, Arkansas at the National Rally, first weekend in June

thanks for the welcome!  I just recently bought a 2018 Harley Davidson Road King FLHR and I plan to add a SideCar.  I have a son who is mentally handicapped and I wish to share the experience of riding with him.  From what I have read so far this is A much more complicated endeavor than I had anticipated.  I am only more determined to accomplish my goal!  I will be sure to join soon.  I was hoping for some advice on the purchase and installation.  I would like someone close but I am also looking for a high quality sidecar and proper bike modifications.  I am currently looking at Champion out of Sacramento and Liberty out of Seattle.  The liberty looks much nicer to me.  The Champion modal was Recommended by The dealer.  But if anyone can give me some advice I sure would appreciate it!  Thanks

Good morning Ronald and welcome.

Liberty is no longer making sidecars. You could check out DMC though. Good luck with your project and here's to many adventures shared with your son!!

What ever you go with make sure that it comes with proper hardware designed for the bike not "universal" type mounts that "fit" your bike. We also make a sidecar similar to the Liberty and the Champion we call ours the classic but we have many other sidecars as well. Many are much easier to get in and out of and some have external opening trunks rather then lifting the seat back out like the original Harley sidecar these are modeled from. Most of our sidecar can be made with a Harley type wheel, fender and lights. We can also match your bikes front wheel on the sidecar. All of our sidecars can be seen at www.dmcsidecars.com/sidecars

There is a lot to go over some times phoning is best.

Let me know if we can be of any help at all.

There is a couple other outfits that makes a nice sidecar to match up to the Harley. Trans Moto has ones nice ones and you can get some ideas of what you want, and the exchange rate might work in your favorite. Just don't be in a hurry, think about it and do your research. Whats good for one person not might be good for someone else. always remember safety is number one.

Hi everyone, new to the forum. I live in PA about and hour and a half northeast of Pittsburgh. I have an 03 Electra Glide That I  painted the WWII Flying Tiger P-40 paintjob on. Check it out. I just picked up an older 89 HD sidecar that I am going to paint to match.

hmmm, long time since last post, (oct 2020) but what the hey... I just joined, and I might have some useful knowledge to share if anyone is interested. My project was completed this month (March 2021): marrying my 2007 FLHP to a 2006 TLE hack. The project went against the legal advice of Harley Davidson, because of the ABS brakes that the bike has, but it all came together successfully, with a smidge of yankee ingenuity, dumb luck and kentucky windage 🙂

Yankee, Ingenuity, Dumb luck, and Kentucky windage are a good combination! Nice looking outfit!

Thanks for the welcome.  I am looking forward to being a member.  I am looking for a used Hannigan Classic sidecar for my BMW K1200 LT.  How do I place an ad in the Classified section?

Thanks

Thanks for have me. I'm new here but not new to riding and believe it or not, I even pulled a hack for 2 years. Back in the 70's. Sorry if is post is in wrong place.

I started looking for another chair as the knees are getting bad music night ideas. I'll make a lot of mistakes and have made many, but I'm not ready to drive cages.

To find sidecars without bikes for sale, go to Forums, Classifieds, Sidecars For Sale to see the current postings. If nothing you like is available, start a New Topic under Sidecars Wanted.

Good luck with your search.
