Hello,

anybody out there who has connected a Vetter Terraplane to
a Suzuki GS850G GS1100G or GS1100GK.

I am starting such a project now and would be interested
in any photos about the mounting brackets.

If anybody can send me some pictures (TSteudle@et-sh.de)
it would be a great help.

Thanks Thomas

We have done a couple of Suzuki rigs and one GS1100 with a Terraplane. It is a pretty straigth forward setup if you use a subframe. We did use a four point mounting system though. See attached subframe picture below.

hello claude,

thanks for the information, but my fault was not to write, that
i have a 82' GS1100GK.
i think the subframe on your picture is for a much younger
SUZUKI.
Thanks anyway.

Regards Thomas

Dauntless Motors also has a stock of mounting hardware for the Terraplane to various bikes. You might give Jay a call at 866-638-1793.

Sould be a fairly straight forward mount IF you can locate or fabricate a subframe. Contacting Dauntless is a good idea they may have one on the shelf.
