Right hand rear veiw mirror
How have you dealt with the blind spot that having a sidecar with the top up on the right of the bike causes.
I'm drawing a blank on some sort of mirror that would be useful on the freeway in traffic so I can see better moving to the right in heavy traffic.
I have been contemplating a bullet racing type mirror on or just off the nose of my Motorvation Spyder to better judge side wheel clearance. Two lane unmarked rural roads are the mainstay in Central Indiana.
I toying with the idea of installing a back up camera to use as a right side mirror but haven't been able to find a water resistant monitor that is bright enough to see in sunlight.
I thought about a blind spot mirror from a big rig but haven't been able to figure out how to mount it.
Install one more rh side mirror on front bumper of sidecar.
I guess I'm getting old. I remember when neither cars no cycles came with right side mirrors. Though I have them on my cars and rigs, and I can see in them, I still turn my head and look to the right when moving right. Every mirror comes with a "blind spot". Even the truck mirrors with two mirrors still have a small blind spot. I feel much safer twisting this old body and neck and looking back the old fashioned way.

I guess that's two of us getting old. And I like to physically turn and look too.
A couple years ago I told my doc that a few weeks after his treatment I noticed a strange sound like sand in a ball bearing in my neck each time I looked back for other traffic...
He replied: "That is an excellent sign that the treatment works, The calcium in the joints is dissolving."
Meanwhile I even can sleep without back ache and including turn backwards without twisting the whole torso.
More reasons for rig exercise!

What sort of treatment did you get that dissolved the excess calcium?

Glass body of calf''s eyes. as main dissolving agent and 2 other series of injections I cannot remember well.
Something the Russians developed in the 80tees.
In the x rays there was no limit visible between bones and cartilage. My vertebra bones were practically joined and extremely stiff (plus a paralisation (first case after 16 years full movement capability))
Worked well for me with a few secondary effects that were in my case less grave then the obtained benefit. (including a broken hip after an emergency visit at the former chiropractics)
Interesting option that has to be well evaluated before applied.
Anyway 7 years now of no further pains and treatments were well worth 2 years of "accidental aches". No German doc ever was able to treat my back since teenager times.
I am in deep debt with my Ukrainian Doc Sergey Krutko.

Don't think the FDA will be allowing us to get that one in the near future.
