Yes, I have already registered for this Dachsentreffen gathering in Montello, Wisconsin....YOU knew I would....and have already made hotel reservations along the 2,200 mile road trip, each way, to get from Olympia, Washington to Montello, Wisconsin.
Helps that my sidecar rig has a 1,560 watt alternator on the 2019 Goldwing, and 30 years proven Gerbing Heated Clothing, so...I "should" be relatively warm doing this 4,400 miles roundtrip in late January/early February.
Gulp..... 
......anyone want to join me on this "adventure" ??????

I have a lot of friends in Wisconsin and was thinking of attending this as an excuse to visit with them afterward. Maybe I’ll see you there. Then again, after living so long in AZ I’m not so sure I’d be able to handle the cold.

Ok you guys are close but no cigar ! I live in Minnesota the Mayo Clinic company town 175ish miles from Montello, I've been around there but don't really recall it. I've been about ready to throw in the towel that would probably do it.
