Well. To my regret. I won’t be able to attend. Holiday weekend and I work in the Resort lodging industry. I am manager on duty that weekend and can’t get anyone to cover for me.
Bummer Tim. I was looking forward to meeting up with you and checking out that awesome rig.
But yeah, business first for sure. Otherwise how are you going to finance the commissioning of the ultimate off-road adventure rig! 😎

For those of you that have lost count, and those of you that haven't been paying attention to the count...this Joyce Canfield's Sidecars in the Flint Hills Rally starts three (3) weeks from today.
Mark that on your calendar.
Sidecar rigs (and 2 wheeled motorcycles), and campers, and dogs, and one very ugly olde motorcyclist will be there.....
So, you too should Be There....or Be Square....like that Shrek guy, that is already square.

Tim, what I have for a plan now is I am heading to Spat's place on Tuesday, 9/3, solo since Scott and Miles are doing their own things. I will spend Tuesday night at Spat's and head to Scott City, Kansas Wednesday morning with Spat and we will spend Wednesday at the Best Western in Scott City where we will meet up with Miles. Thursday morning we will take a leisurely cruise over to Council Grove ending up at the rally.
This takes into account the last information I have heard from everyone.

Dana, the plans have not changed since the last time we talked about this....I am arriving at your house on the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 3rd, just before you leave...and you and I will drive our rigs to Spat's house. Tim was possibly thinking of meeting up with us somewhere along that route, but it may be latter that day...now...because he couldn't bribe his boss into letting him take the vacation time. When we get to Spat's house, I already have a reservation at a local hotel, where I will spend the night.
On Wednesday morning, you, and Spat, and I will drive our rigs to Scott City, Kansas, where all of us already have reservations at the Best Western hotel.
All I need from you, Dana, is a time that you think you will be leaving your house on Tuesday morning.
I will be at you house 15 minutes before you leave.

I probably won't leave until 9:30 if that works for you. If Tim wants to cruise to Denver with us we can pick him up at our usually rendezvous spot at the No Name rest area. It will take us an hour and a half or so to reach that location so if we text Tim when we leave then he will know how to time it.
