Whilst there must be someone closer to you that can make this rollbar you are asking for....we know that Chuck in Eugene,  Oregon in the best on the Best Coast....or West Coast. He is on these forums as @54vintage.

However, he is in such demand, that there is a waiting list for his services

Oh, in case anyone cares...I am bebopping in the Netherlands at this moment in time.

Razz

Later today... Belgium.

Probably a few options.

One thought is to try an exhaust fabricator.

Say 2" stainless exhaust pipe?

2 bends or more as needed and some brackets.

Maybe some bracing?

Thanks folks for the ideas. I was actually hoping that someone would surprise me with an off-the-shelf option...   I have roll bars on my two other sidecars- my wife likes them so that she has something to hold onto when getting in and out.

But the other two sidecars are Urals, and there is a guy in Ukraine who welds them up, paints them black, and then sells them on eBay. They both merely bolt into the rim of the sidecar, which is steel. The Motorvation sidecar appears to be fiberglass, which will require reaching further down to find some solid mounting points. And it's all chrome- so it wants a chrome bar to match.

Thanks again.

William the Conquer...for Ural sidecar rigs, we have Mike Paull at LBS-USA sidecars in Poulsbo, Washington that has those Ural rollbar made locally,  and they are very well made, not some former Russian in Ukraine,  making them, then painting them black. The ones from Mike Paull are VERY high quality.

For your Motorvation sidecar,  talk to Hannigan Motorsports,  in Murray,  KY.  They make their own rollbar, front and rear bumpers, etc, all in house, and they can do chrome.

It depends on what Motorvation sidecar you are referring too. If you are looking for the chrome bar for the convertible top on a formula 2. BaldEagleSidecar.com has multiple ones for sale.

You need to be very careful when calling something a "rollbar".  What Chuck makes for Mike Paull they specifically call a "grab bar".  Saying roll bar implies a safety device that will protect the the person (or dog) in the event of a roll over.  A true roll bar needs to have a solid connection to the sidecar's frame not just the sidecar's body.
