Yesterday was the Texas Sidecar Company and DMC of Texas open house at their larger facility in Teague, Texas. For those who could not be there in person, and wonder what the inside of a sidecar production shop looks like, following are a few photos. Hope I am not giving away any company secrets here.

Kent's personal rig was parked out front.

And of course, what's an open house without Texas Barbeque served with a smile?

Kent, Ana, Jon, and their crew made a tremendous effort to clean, organize, and label various parts so the visitors could better understand what was happening here. It is the cleanest manufacturing operation I have ever seen.

Congratulations to Kent and Ana for building America's most significant sidecar production. They're doing Texas proud.

Thanks for that some of us may never be in that neck of the woods.

Though I have actually been briefly in Texas.

That state is a bit small for me............ lol8 Β

Maybe again one day if they can fit a chair to the correct side.Β

Thats not the right side.Β

Good advertising and I hope business is grand for them. clap Β

Jon, does this mean that there were some people that were not able to make it out...of Texas ?

Are they now forced to wear a cowboy hat, and say yeehaw ?

So that is how Texas is replenishing all theΒ  citizens that have left Texas....close the borders to keep everyone IN.Β

After moving to Houston (ex-Yankee), I learned the brutal truth of the following ditty...

The sun has rose,

The sun has set,

And I ain't out of Texas yet!!!
