The Stella is made in India by a company that used to make Vespas for Piaggio. Your Vespa and the Stella look to be identical.
Great looking rig.

The Only thing hear in Wisconsin,
Once you attach a Sidecar, you need a motorcycle endorsement on
your drivers license as the exemption for Mopeds no longer applies.

Some 10 years ago a baker saw my Jawa rig on the road and he himself welded up a box with a bicicle wheel for his Vespa. A hell of a danger, but he is happy with it delivering in the neighbour village his bread and not having to pull up the vespa on the stand at every house he stops... Sometimes he has to change the neumatics 3 times a day...

We have done a fair number of the "mega" scooters and have mounts for the Suzuki Burgman 650, Honda Silverwing 600 and the BMW C650GT. In the case of the BMW we have the mounts for both left and right side mount sidecars.

That is good to know. If I ever get the Honda CB400A restored I want to put a side car on it but that is a ways down the road.

I have a 1985 Vespa 150 with Cozy sidecar, 1980 Vespa P200 with California Sidecar.
I drove the 85 across the country in 2012 an article starts on page 15:

Great write up on your adventure William!! The lady who wrote The Daily Coyote (whose name slips my mind right now) also rode a 150 cc scooter cross country. That's how she discovered the small town in Wyoming where she's lived now for several years. She rode from San Francisco to the east coast. Boston? New York? Dang feeble memory!! At any rate you could find more on her web site if you're inclined to swap stories.

Sorry I didn't back to you sooner, I have read most of her stuff and enjoyed all of it. Just got a note from her this morning as a matter of fact.

I dare say the driver has ridden sans sidecar Phelonius since she put her foot down in the left turn! I do believe they're having fun!
