scooter/sidecars
Don't know how I missed this thread. Ken Beach, the owner of the bike shop where I work, drives this KYMCO Xciting 500/Cozy Standard combo. Pic is taken from the Feb 14 issue of Cycle Canada, where it appeared in an article about the CSOC rally we both attended last summer.
Mike, that is a good looking set up.

It works very, very well, too. He's clocked over 50k with it (t's an '09) with no issues whatsoever. He just sold it last week to a 78yr old gentleman who did not want to give up riding because of weakened body joints, so hopefully he'll get maximum enjoyment out of it for years to come.
We've done 4 of these KYMCO/Cozy conversions, actually. We build a box style subframe underneath that tags off the centrestand mounts in the rear and at the lower motor mounts up front, as well as punching a hole through the bodywork to clamp a front strut mount to the frame below the triple tree. Very solid setup.
Here's photos of two of the other rigs we've done, still going strong...
All of the pix, NICE!! ;^)
We are finishing up latter today a Velorex 562 (take off from a bike that it should never have been mounted to) onto a 2014 Vespa 150. It is working out well.
