I just bought a 2008 Triumph Rocket iii Touring. I was wondering if anyone has one or has recommendations for a sidecar that will look good on my bike?

Sidecar choice from a look POV is very subjective. I suggest you take a look at a recent thread on how to size a hack to a bike. Then Google "Rocket 3 sidecar" and look at photos.
Last step is to personally look at the cars on your short list. I found that how they look in pics is not always the same in person. Some are better in person and others not so much.
When the decision process is over work with a reputable and experienced dealer/shop. Just cuz they sell them doesn't mean they know them.

The Rocket is a great sidecar bike, Who ever you go with make sure that the sidecar is designed for a bike as large and heavy as your bike. Also make sure that it comes with mounts designed specifically for your bike not a bunch of "universal" type clamps that they tell you "Fit your bike" but rather mounts that fit your bike and only your bike.
One nice thing about the rocket 3 is that you can run an automotive tire on the stock rear wheel. An automotive tire lasts a lot longer then a bike tire, is much less money, runs at a lower pressure so has a nicer ride quality, has a higher load capacity and can be patched or plugged should you have a puncture.
Any of our sidecars would work well on your bike and of course come with proper bike specific mounts. My first choice would be either the Tomahawk SE or the Expedition. All of ours sidecars can be seen at this link http://www.dmcsidecars.com/sidecars/
