Hi, I joined the USCA recently and this forum helped me to finish attaching a new Cozy bullet sidecar to my 1978 CB750F last weekend. It only took a few test rides to make adjustments. I put a 100 miles on it the last two days and having a great time! Thanks for the help! Andy

Welcome, good looking rig there, the rabbit enjoys the ride. Yet... Photobombed by a Ural......

This site has its own strange behavior, though your photo is flipped on its side, when you click on the "IMG" under Attachments, it appears upright. It's true what they say, the world of sidecars is slightly off-kilter.

Andy,
It's not about membership. Anyone who makes a first post here is subject to "moderation". We look at the post to make sure that it is acceptable for the forum. If there's no issue, all your subsequent posts will display within a minute or two.

We do this to keep non-sidecar ads off the forum. Believe it or not we have a group of regular spammers from France who send us ads for athletic shoes... in French. They never make it to the forum.

Thanks everyone. My friend Jessica (Rabbit) rides a Ural with a sidecar. We stopped by the Ural dealership yesterday. They were real nice people, the owner and a technician came out to see my rig and reassured me that I had attached and adjusted the sidecar correctly. I'm in Westford, Massachusetts it's in the northeastern part of the state near Nashua, New Hampshire. Thanks for validating my posts, I had no idea that advertisers would be low enough to post to a sidecar forum. It must be a nuisance to maintain most websites these days! Santa in the sidecar is great! It looks like this forum will be an excellent source of information and fun!

Andy,

You're just about 6 hours east of Corning, NY. You'd get a lot out of coming to the USCA National Rally, 27-30 July. There will be a lot of sidecar rigs there and some really good tech sessions. We're even having Claude Stanley from Freedom Sidecars doing sidecar skills refresher sessions. All part of rally registration. It's a way to get about a year's worth of sidecar contact in a couple of days.

Andy:
That is a cute bunny in your hack. Did you have to cut holes in that helmet to get the ears to fit. (Not really - I think you can get them from Aerostich.) Welcome to the club. I add my invitation to Doug's. I hope to see you at the rally in Corning.
