Like what type of aluminium? Welded or riveted? etc

When you say make your own. Do you mean frame and all or just the Tub to go on a frame ?

Some years ago there was a fellow on here who was building his own sidecar. Seems to me he was in Idaho. I was following his progress with interest as were many others. Haven't seen or heard from him for a long time.

and ask the question there. Lots of members on that forum have built their own rigs. The Aussies are especially fun.
