Any tag or numbers any where on it.
How and when you came by it.
Was it ever mounted on anything you know of.

The basic frame looks set up to be a leaner.
The front pivot point higher than the rear.
To provide directional input.
And only two mounting points.
The other A frame looks to be separate altogether.
