I remember when Hannigan came out with those, I think it was in the late 90's. Seen a couple on the road.

Fascinating decorative theme!  My first look at the bike and it's running boards made me think it might have been a CSC trike kit with modifications.  Then I saw the car

If my memory serves me correctly, I think Hannigan called this set up a "Tri-car".

There was one in my home town ( Joplin Mo) 3 or 4 years ago it didn't look that big in real life. But it was strange.
