Saw it in a PA rest area in 1981. Rider was the inventor and said he was delivering it to a buyer. The bike had a standard ball hitch mounted to the front lower motor mounts and the bike could lean between the matching twin sidecars.
The ball hitch was the single mounting point!

With 4 wheels it's not considered a bike in some states.

He was in WI. in the early '80's at the Third Wheel Sidecar Club rally in Menomonie WI. It was intrigueing but could not get licensed as a motorcycle in states. Some years later he brought a leaning sidecar he had made but that's well over 20 years ago. Doug
