Neil, from the NorthWet Neil family of sidecarists....Kevin and I happen to know each other, as we have met at the USCA national Sidecar Rally in Iowa a couple years ago, and have communicated via e-mails and phone calls many times.
We have also talked recently about your sidecar rig that is now for sale. I can tell you that Kevin is "interested", but he also (as in...in addition too) has his eye on a relatively local R100RT sidecar rig, and he may decide to pick up both of these...the R100RT rig, and possibly your rig.
I am leaving in 2 days to fly off to Europe, where I will be receiving my Euro-Wing Sidecar rig, and most likely...(more likely than not)...Kevin may wait on possibly buying your rig until I am back in town on May 8th, and he can fly out, and the three of us can look at your rig up on my car lift. Or he may have me do an inspection of your rig up on my car lift PRIOR to him coming out, so he can get my opinion of your rig before making the flight.
My opinion of your rig could be swayed by copious amounts of Pepperidge Farms Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut cookies.

@miles-ladue I'll try to remember the cookies. Been doing some chores to help move my mom up to the area closer to my sis and I. Also Doing some repairs on the motorhome so I can comfortably rest when down working on her place to ready it for sale. Looks like a few nice days coming up so will take wifey and the canine co-pilot to a favorite park. Kevin, no serious interest yet, besides yours, but not surprising for an unusual rig. I might take it to a local rally if I get ambitious but pretty laid back on that for now.
Update: As spring arrives and in between sneezing at tree pollen, I listed on Facebook Marketplace. There is one fella that seems to recall the original owner and is considering supplementing his airhead rig with one with more power. I'll be posting on a couple other BMW club sites soon; in case I haven't got a broad enough audience. I found out how much the flat tow pieces are going to cost for my Jimny behind that Bigfoot.
@miles-ladue and Kevin, Update: Been a busy couple weeks here. Mom fell again so Sis and I insisted she move up here. I obtained a nice new trailer on closeout so will be able to move the rig even if the back is not up to a long ride. I'll have at least another trip to Grants Pass to sort things but we can find some time inbetween trips if it is convenient. Miles I hope that shoulder is healing up. I kinda lost track. Not sure if you're back in the states or the land of Kilts.

Neil, I am back in Washington, got home last Wednesday afternoon. My shoulder has healed up fairly well, but have a doctors appt this coming Tuesday to look at it.
Not sure Kevin is still interested. He likes a variety of bikes, but is keen on Goldwings. You might want to reach out to Kevin and see if he is still interested.
I am around, and available, but leaving here on June 6 to drive 3,300 miles out to the USCA National Sidecar Rally in Maine, so will be gone for 2 weeks.

Wifey forgot not to rotate. I have tried to edit but am a video Neanderthal and that's an insult to them. Took my cousin for a ride last week. I'll try to get her videos from the chair. Bike is still available. Really hate selling it as we had a nice ride. That's a very steep driveway BTW.
