Chris, believe me when I say, you are miles ahead of many of the fabricators I have seen. And, if you are ever in the Eugene, Oregon area, which is 463 miles from your front door to Chucks' front door (yes, I mapped it out), then Chuck would love to get a visit from you, and spend some time talking to you about what he does. Let me know in advance, and I will be there to buy lunch for all of us...as I am only 222 miles north of Chuck.
As for the Honda use of the Hossack front forks for their 2018+ Goldwings, here is an example of the stock width front end (silver) vs the WIDE front end like on my Wing (black)
The OEM stock width on the Wings has a 130mm wide front tire, but mine has the WIDE front end, with a 180mm wide front tire.

Thank you, that would be enjoyable, although personal matters dictate that I remain very close to home for the foreseeable future, (not an ankle monitor) maybe someday.
I can be a bit annoying in those situations though. When I was competing in easyriders shows, I got into a conversation with Bill Holland once (he worked with John Harmon). I started talking about frame geometry or something, when the poor guy just wanted to man his booth and find customers. Pretty sure my Wife elbowed me in the ribs, so I let him go. The next year I think he saw me coming and started looking for an exit. Remembering the elbow, I just waved this time, and he breathed a sigh of relief.
Not only Mo pictures, these are the Moe, Larry, and Curly pictures.....all Three Stooges, or "stages"....whatever...

The Leading Link Master Builder in the US has sent me more pictures, with a twist, he is trying something new to additional secure the LL downtubes to the lower triple tree.

Great idea! 😎

Chuck, da builda, sent me a couple pics of the "mock up" of the Leading Link. He told me to use my imagination.
Hard to do, when all I can see are those cut off tie-wraps laying on his shop floor (inside joke between Chuck and I)
BTW, those are new 2WIN shocks on the Leading Link. From France...ohh la la

Fast progress, and looking good. 😎
I know a guy who went to France with his wife. He shared pictures of Stroopwaffles and someone's erector set creation that looked like a Christmas tree all lit up. 😉

In case you thought you were hallucinating, Scott, here is a reminder of what you thought you saw:

Because I already know that 3 of you watching the build of this Leading Link are asking yourselves....is he really only going to have one mount flange at the top of each front 2WIN shock ???
The answer is NO....these are just mock-up pictures.
I have confirmed with "da builda" that there will in fact have two mounting plates at the top, where each 2WIN shock will be mounted in between those two mounting plates, so it has a double shear.
As shown in the picture below of the very first Leading Link that Chuck built for a fellow named Jeff.
And, contrary to the picture above that shows the front brake calipers mounted at the 7 o'clock position of the brake rotors, on MY bike the front brake calipers will be mounted near the TOP...at the 12 o'clock position, so as to better avoid being hit by rocks, or other trail debris.

These are the new 2WIN shocks that will be on this Leading Link.

I had to appropriate these, or maybe misappropriate these pics from that "other" sidecars forums, as Chuck, da builda, is a member there, and at times he is asked about his work, so....his latest pictures of the Leading Link being built for MY Africa Twin sidecar rig.
I must say, these are looking SO fancy, almost like jewelry, that maybe I should have them anodized in a Gold finish, rather than Powder-Coated in a matte Black finish.
