That is the way all Harleys are. There is no problem operating it like that.

That is a nice looking rig, like the color. But the sidecar wheel looks like it's lost under the fender, the rest looks great.

I agree don't use a tag that don't belong for it. In some states you can go to MV get a temporary tag, but sometimes that can be a bigger pain.
