You might find a conversation with Chuck Loftin, in Eugene, Oregon to be quite interesting. (Custom Adventure Hacks, LLC.)

Many here know him and love him as a very honest builder on the BMW side. 

I was speaking with him yesterday on another topic, and he mentioned having a couple BMW R1200's available with the possibility of mounting a Ural tub onto.  If he did it, it would be both well done and reasonably priced, a rare combination.

It is probably also worth a conversation with Kent Silk over at Texas Sidecars.  My dealings with him and Jon have been highly satisfactory.
