Hello From Rome
Hi, I am Carlo from Roma, Italy.
I own an amazing Moto Guzzi California 3 with carbs 1000cc and an italian Longhi82 Sidecar. This is my second sidecar, the previous one was a Yamaha xvs650a drag star with modified chanj jang rig. I love to slow travel. If you come to Roma, contact me for a beer. (I don't know how to post a pic of my rig)

Carlo, welcome, welcome, welcome.
Once you have 3 posts or more, then you can post pictures.

Welcome Carlo. Hope you stay with us long enough to be able to post a picture or 3 of your Guzzi. Mine is a V9 Bobber with a Watsonian.

Ciao Carlo,

Rimantiamo in contatto, così possiamo incontrarci.

Wow! thank you all for such a warm welcome. I own a facebook group "quelli del sidecar" with a few thousands member. The law is quite difficult in Italy to register a sidecar on a motorbike. In Italy we have a few constructors: Sidecaritalia, Centoallora, Frontalini and Sidecar Napoli. The best one was Antonio Giustini by SidecarItalia, but he died a few days ago. he was a great person before being an excellent mechanic and sidecar craftsman. Most of the high level sidecars in Italy are imported from Germany. I am organizing a Rally in Rome in the first part of september 2025. It willi be Jubileum year, so there would be a good excuse to join the meeting! I will try to write a third post so I can post my sidecars picture.

Wow maybe you can then post lots of pictures.

For pics, you can copy them from any source and then just paste them into a post.Posted by: @pornoromanticook, that is my third post so I can show you a few pics. in the meanwhile maybe I can post a video I recorded during the lock down <a href=" removed link " target="_blank" rel="noopener"> removed link
Vids, no. Tiny ones maybe (under 32mb) - but you have to attach them using the My Media button.
But I think YouTube videos are ok. This vid below, all I did was pasted the URL. No embed codes or anything fancy. Just the YouTube URL.

So a proper Italian bike.
Ha a fellow Moto Guzzi owner.
Nice rig. The flip front would be handy.
