retirement letter

Not much activity here. I've decided it's time to step away from being WA state rep. I no longer ride nearly as much as I used to mostly due to some health issues that I won't go into here other than to say I'm tethered to oxygen on a pretty permanent basis. It is what it is. I considered dropping my membership but decided to renew for one more year. Just now did that because I got the notice that my membership was about to expire.
