@Mick Boon, it was all in jest...a joke....and I believe everyone other that you understood it was a joke.

My sidecar rig is now back in its' own garage, plugged in to a battery tender, covered with blankets, and the heat in the garage is turned on.

That was a very funny joke.

Hmm, we don't have a way to add emojis to our posts, so people know when something is posted in jest.

Add that to the list of desired features.

Ran into the same problem

It all looks very posh, but if you can afford that why not just buy another building to store your toys ?

Lift cost $2000  Cant find a building for that

Not sure what your point is Mick Boon. You're upset that I bought a lift instead of another garage?

Yes I'm upset, you really upset me. LOL

Payton's dog rode with me to plow the snow. When we parked it is jumped off. And ran over to the Black sidecar wanting a ride.

So we did.

My dog is loving the sidecar, she has logged about 250 miles so far. She knows what “motorcycle” means now, once you say it she is at the door ready to go.

Petey can relate to  that, Will. His key word was "bike." As in "lets go on the bike" and he'd run to it. He recognizes "car" "bike" and "pickup" or "truck" but showed the most exhuberance for the bike. Now that's gone.

That was a great rally.  You do great work restoring and building BMW side car units.

On the german sidecar forum I found this encyclopedic kind of sidecar photo link from Hartmut "Slowly". Amazing diversity!

The German tractor of the day design...just needs a few $···$$$$ out of your wallet. The sidecar frame takes all the forces and the bike is only optical parts and engine donator.

Thank you Elena. Sadly that era has come to an end. Sure was fun while it lasted. A lot of years are history now. If you haven't heard of the video Sit, Stay, Ride, the story of America's sidecar dogs (circa 2014) be sure to watch it. And SSR 2 as well if you can find it.

Here's another from way back. Archie was my first sidecar sidekick.
