I'm looking for a replacement trunk lid for my champion escort sidecar. Does anyone know of anywhere to look for one? I can't find anything. thanks in advance for any help

Only way some one is going to have just the trunk lid is if they have a totaled sidecar.
We have two Escorts on hand, one is just a body, the other is an entire sidecar that needs total refurbishment. Selling just a trunk lid makes the rest of the body useless as such to get just a trunk lid you would be looking at the price of an entire sidecar body.
Then there is the issue of what generation lid to you need? The early ones hinged externally at the bottom, newer ones internally from the top.
Fixing what you now have or having a fiberglass shop duplicate it would be your least expensive way to go. These lids are not one piece the are made up of an outer part with an inner part bonded to them such that coping the lid is not a quick easy thing to do, a one off would cost as much as buying a wreaked sidecar or one in total need of refurbishment.
