As heads up I may only add a costarrican saying:

"There ain't no bad, that doesn't come for good."

You came out alife, and learned valuable lessons from the whole project. The next one you will surely approach with much more serious thoughts, as well as  better workmanship. There ain't problems, only challenges to overcome. Each solved challange prepares us better for the next one to come.

This story should come out with a happy ending...sorry better aid : happy continuity, means many more happy miles to get on your belt.
