I have a Velorex 562 and need to replace the windshield. When I bought the car, the windshield was cracked and the bolt holes in the car were in bad shape. I've repaired the fiberglass and re-drilled the holes. What's the best source for Velorex replacement parts? Looking at the Velorex site, it looks like there are several molding pieces at the bottom of the windshield that weren't on my car when I bought it.

The windshield mouldings depend on which 562 model you have. The 562E model (562/03) has no lower steel mouldings. The windshield bolts directly through a drilled flange in the cowl with 5 screws. This model has a ribbed rubber handgrip and ribbed rubber cockpit surround moulding.
The 562 Standard (562/09 has lower windshield hardware and attaches with three brackets through the top of the cowl. This model has a rolled fiberglass cockpit surround and a short steel handgrip with no rubber.
There is a slight variation in the placement of the outer screw holes in the windshields but either one will work on both models.

We have them available.
