Looking to mount a Cozy 100 on a 77 KZ200 what do I need to know? I have it mostly figured out on paper as well sorting out questions with the local sidecar guys. I have been working on this for several months. I will be adding a front stabilizer to the sidecar to attach to the front down tube on the motorcycle as well as using the rear mount on the sidecar to the motorcycle. I am working on re engineering the bottom mount to go to the Motorcycle. its originally set up for a Vespa.
Maybe something like this? Subframe & some Velorex mounts.

The KZ200 has a full frame not a stressed member frame so I have secure mounting on the down tube as well as the rear tube where the shock mount is. I think the best thing for me to do is to post up pics of what I have going on given that it would be much clearer with photos.
