I'm afraid I don't have swing arm clearance, unless I go to a real skinny profile tire.

A small trick. chain only on the thread => passing arround the wall and the rim with flat steel band, like you use for freight pallets. you often even find it even in stainless. => for to close you might use a lever clip on the rim. =>take care to secure it. I once used cable ties to keep it closed. It needs a lot of force to close and more to open.
