Help - sidecar rig pulls to the right

My rig is a 1998 Honda Valkyre with a Motorvation sidecar. Generally, it is a great rig and easy to drive. It has six degree raked forks and a stabilizer so that steering is easy and no front end wobble. The only issue I have (and it is relatively minor) is when driving along normally (not braking), the rig pulls to the right slightly on a level road.

Is there a simple adjustment that I can make to the sidecar connecting struts that will correct this?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hey Boz, Have you got electric lean? Set your lean (car higher ) a little more and see if that helps. The acceleration forces (throttle on) will cause a slight pull to the right which can be corrected with a touch more lean. Throttle off and it should pull left slightly. Remember as Claude and everyone says "it is all a comprimise"

Thanks. I'll try that when I can get the electric lean mechanism working again (as it used to at one time). 🙂

Just lean out the bike a turn or so. This is done with the two struts to your upper mounts.

If you increase the lean-out (a turn or so) be sure to recheck your toe-in unless both lower sidecar mounts are the same height from the ground.
