The issue with the Vetter is that it used a non traditional 3 point mount with no upper front and the upper rear being adjustable on the fly. They also used "pylons" for the lower mounts where were specific to the bike they were to go on. As far as I now Vetter never made mounts for your bike. The next issue is that your bike has no lower frame in the front.
The fix we have, We make bike specific 4 point mounts for the GL650 that give you standard 4 points to mount a sidecar to your bike. These run $725. We then make a kit to convert your sidecar to a standard adjustable 4 point mounting system. These are 100% bolt on and run $750.
As far as I know your only other options is custom fabrication which of course we could do but only with the bike and sidecar in our shop.
We are with out power at the shop, have been for two days, they tell us we will have power by 3:00 PM on Friday
