Dark Side Tires For My Kawasaki Concours C10

I have a 2005 Kawasaki Concours C10 and am pulling a Hannigan sidecar. The front end has been modified with a SteeRite fork conversion for more rake and better steering. I'd like to run a car tire on the rear. I may even consider a car tire on front, but want to do the rear first. I can find nothing online about how to do this. Do any of you know of any C10 riders running a car tire or know where I can find the information to do so?
