Is R1150R bike good match for this car? If not,what bike( hp ect.)? Thanks
The Escort will work fine on this bike, Not sure but I doubt Champion has mounts for your bike. We make mounts for the R1150GS and the R1150RT that I suspect if we mix and match the two kits should be able to come up with mounts that will work for you. We are also a Champion dealer if you want to order it through us we can work the mounts into the deal at no extra cost.

That's a fairly naked bike, right? The only reason I ask, I have a R1150RT for my two wheeler, and the plastic on both sides needs to be removed to tune the motor. If my RT was the mule for a sidecar rig, tuning would require removing some of the struts, I suspect, when doing a tune up. Not a big deal, but definitely a hassle.
I know a fellow with a Velorex that was converted to a leaner on a R1100 or 1150 RT police model. It's a very nice set up, and he does a LOT of traveling on it. You should have a good combination.
The 1150 is a good choice, but the R1200C is also a good choice. Low end torque and HP are what you are looking for. The C has 61 hp at 5000 but 71 lbs at 3000. Keep the revs over 3500 and you are downtown molly brown. Get used to riding at lower gears, sounds better anyway and fuel use really doesn't change much. Engine life extends to the end of your life. Use synthetic oil, BMW 15/50 is what I use, and your ride will love you back.
