Bike with Diesel engine => Biodiesel experiene

Hello Friends,
In India is still produced the Royal Enfield 350 Bullet as Diesel engine.(over 100km /liter at speeds of 70kmh)
In the 20ees there were hundreds (thousands?) of bycicle mount on engines running on Lamp cerosine (Petroleum (G) / canfin (Sp)).
Here on the forum a while ago I read about the friend of a member who runs self made/adapted Diesel engines in his bike (in Texas?) And If I remember right he runs it on fryer oil.
Today miss Daughter rejected her birthday present (the financiation of a small bike driving licence, 50ccm)...she doesn't want to learn riding for not to contaminate the planet. So if I present her a non contaminating bike I could convince her...
Who has experience or could point me out where to find reliable information about the use of biodiesel in engines and the result on wear aspects?
Till now I only met one german Sh** smoking FREEK who uses fryer oil in his standard diesel pick up.(mixing it with caustic soda!! Something that makes me shiver because I once nearly lost my right eye from one single drop!) And as he is completely a person who's criterium I do not trust I would love to speek to resonable persons whith profound insight to matter.
Any advice is greatly wellcome.
Sven Peter
Google 'bio deisel'. If you really want an eye opener google HHO.

Thank you friends, I will look when I get some time and visit a few work shops arround, with some luck and patience... something will come out.
Best regards.
