Aluma MC210 Car Trailer

Edit Oct 10 -- I got a buyer. Waiting for him to make arrangements to pay me and come get it.
Edit December 5 -- buyer never completed the purchase so it's back up for sale!
Edit December 13 -- original buyer is back in the picture. Now shooting for early January sale.
Edit January 3 -- SOLD (to a sidecar dealer so it might get used a bit more!)
Selling my sidecar trailer. 2017 Aluma Model MC210. $3000. Located in Tacoma, Washington.
Specs shown on the Aluma website here -->

Hard to find specs --
- ramp width is 63" (see photo)
- deck width inside fenders is 81" (see photo)
Bought new in April 2017 from an Aluma dealer. Clear Washington title in my name. Good tires on it but they are 9 years old. Trailer has been stored outdoors since new. Total mileage on the trailer best I can figger is about 8000 miles. Wheel bearings greased about 1500 miles ago.
Ramp coated with Herculiner Skid Resistant Truck Bed Liner. Big improvement.
Two wheel chocks installed. Center for solo motorcycles; offset left for sidecars. Plenty of room for two solos but you'd need to rearrange the chocks. Chocks as seen are included in the sale.
Spare wheel and tire in the nose, included in the sale.
I added four ratchet strap mounts using SS M8 rivnuts and M8 panhead machine screws. Designed specifically for Mini G3 Cargobuckles (specs here). Four Cargobuckles included in the sale. This is a cool way to strap down your rig. I store the Cargobuckles in my garage away from sunlight and weather so they are in excellent condition. When ready, you can snap them into place in 10 seconds and they remove just as easy. Bulletproof when under tension.
The panhead mounting screws (see above pics) are showing some surface rust. If that bugs you, just replace them, but you'll need a torch to melt the red locktite. If you want to use ordinary 2-hook ratchet straps, the trailer comes equipped with flush mount tie rings as seen in the pics.
These pics from 2017. Good view of the strap system. Man, the trailer was so shiny back then!
OEM diamond plate spray shield was not 100% to my satisfaction. It suffered from buffeting at highway speeds which eventually led to cracking at the factory bends. So I repaired the cracks with seam welds, then I added the taut line wire that you see in the pics -- it prevents excess movement from buffeting. Taut line can be removed easily if you want to.
Also included in the sale is a chain and lock for locking one wheel to the frame (link), a coupler lock (link), and a trailer dock (link). So that's trailer, chocks, Cargobuckle system, bed liner, spare wheel, locks, and reinforced spray shield for $3000.

Nice.
Am I allowed to compliment a for sale item on USCA?
I did that on ADV and it got nuked.
Which is why I don't go there anymore.

It depends on whether you're (1) complimenting the item for sale, or (2) complimenting the absolutely fantastic post describing the item for sale. You get nuked for (1) and get a 3-day ban for (2).Posted by: @andrew-bakerNice.

It was some of column A and some of column B so I guess that makes for a 1.5 day ban and a nuking

Fair warning. I listed this trailer here to give you guys first shot. But I'm getting ready to post it elsewhere. If you were debating this purchase with yourself, now's the time to jump.

How high?
Old bloke here so be realistic.......
Nice trailer though. Don't see many here like it.

And you thought you missed out on this fantastic trailer! It's back for sale due to a buyer who ghosted me.
OK, so here's an offer. I like driving. I'll deliver this trailer almost anywhere in the western U.S. for free. Just so I can go on a road trip. Front range in Colorado? No problem. Santa Fe or Flagstaff? You betcha! San Diego? Just let me grab my beach umbrella. I'll even haul it up to BC or Alberta.
All I ask is payment in advance. Duh. Paypal or personal check OK.

Your lucky Drone.
I already have one.

I can't believe this is still available. I considered trying to upgrade to a toyhauler, but I need a big trailer to fit my "Bessie," and I can't justify the expense, yet. If your guy flakes out again, I could swing this as it would be useful as utility yardwork Home Depot rental hauler, too! Sending a PM with my contact info.
