A 1986 Terraplane is currently on ebay. Is anyone familiar with the goods and bads of this car?

Solid heavy chassis sidecar with built in roll bar. Hinged top of body opens wide for front walk-in entry. Closed is like being in a coffin. Reclining seat not all that comfortable.
Originally Mfg'r. was Craig Vetter (CA) later Studebaker (WA).
Out of production for several years so windshield and lighting parts may be hard to get or pricey.
3 point mounting may take some fabrication to address on some bikes.
Wedge design cuts through the wind nicely.

...so haulin' dead bodies around?.....this would be a good choice?

It will do well with live bodies also..your choice of course.

They are a great sidecar.Well built and designed with a good following even after being out of production for quite a while.

Thanks guys.....it's not that far from me.....with gas what it is I might make a little project out of it.....maybe hang it off a cheap 883...
