bought a first sidecar called a thompson cyclecar cant find any info on it-- where it was made ect. does anybody know any thing about it?

It was being built in the mid 70's by Thompson, I think in CA. He died arround 1981-3 ? which is all I remember. It is a light sidecar, lighter than a Velorex. The top came off and you had a very useful cargo box. I wanted one then bought needed a bigger sc. Maybe others can be more helpful.

I have this mystery item I suspect might be a Thompsons product ,no top off design but I also am trying to find it's lineage. Tim
